My Name is Nicole and I make unique one of a kind jewelry out of many different natural materials to make unique pieces. I work with many different metals, gemstones, pressed flowers and other natural elements, resin, epoxy clay and sculpt, and metal clay.
Sweetellabella is the nickname of my 14-year-old Daughter. I started making jewelry and photography not long after my daughter was born. My Educational background is in Veterinary Nursing and I worked in that field with Veterinary Anesthesia as my main focus for many years. I currently teach Canine behavior and body language to children on a platform called Outschool. Animal advocacy, health, and love have been a huge part of my life. Spirit Animals and the symbolism of animals across all cultures are a huge interest of mine.
We are a military family that tends to move quite often, so we get to see so many new places. I am a Colorado native currently living in Virginia with my hubby, daughter, 2 dogs, and 2 rats. ( WE have a horse that can’t travel with us, so she is in the capable hands of her other mommy and a great friend of mine).
Crystals and stones and a huge hobby of mine. I do believe that every crystal and stone has its own vibration that helps with the healing and wellbeing of our soul. Some of the jewelry that I make has special hand-picked crystals that I love. I also love collecting flowers and pressing them for my jewelry.
I work with so many different materials to make my jewelry because I can’t choose just one type of medium.

Free shipping on all orders
I ship through USPS in Bubble mailers
-Most items in my shop are already pre-made so I will get Items shipped out within 24 hours of Order (that does not include weekends and holidays).
-The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses, or customs problems are uncontrollable by the seller, they are not the responsibility of the seller, thanks for your understanding.
- If something is damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on my part, please contact me as well, I will be more than happy to issue a resend, or refund.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Sweetellabella does not hold any responsibility for the following situation to the products:
- The color difference- I take pictures in natural light and try to get the best representation of the color. Sometimes color can be slightly different in real life versus a photograph.
-Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before ordering. (please pay attention while you are purchasing)
-Metal allergies- I work with a wide range of materials and have material descriptions with every listing.
- No returns If it has been longer than 30 days after delivery of the item.
-Item breaks due to wear or harsh treatment. No matter how well jewelry is made it can break if it is pulled hard enough.
-Some of my items may be one of a kind and there may not be more materials to make that item again
No returns on Earrings
I do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged. If they do arrive damaged please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the damage.
Since Earrings go into the earlobe and can possibly come in contact with blood, I can't resell them for health reasons.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings
- Items on sale
- Note that some of my pieces are one of a kind so I may not have the materials to make another
