Shipping Policy

Macarons are by nature quite fragile cookies. We take special care to make sure that they arrive to you safely and without damage. However, we cannot control how they are handled in transit or upon delivery. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 1-3 days shipping times. We only ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure that your macarons are not waiting in a shipping facility over an off day. 

Macarons are shipped in a box with a cool pack, in an insulated metallic bubble mailer and in a plastic container that keeps the cookies separated. Macarons come with care instructions and are always delicious (I know, I'm biased).

Refund Policy

As macarons are a consumable good, we do not allow refunds or exchanges to orders that have started production or that have been shipped. We do want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, if you have concerns about the flavors or dates it will arrive, please email us at myrosemacarons[@]gmail[dot]com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns, and exchanges are not allowed for goods that have been shipped. 

Cancellations may be permitted depending on the time of which the cancellation request is received. We have a limited on hand supply and will typically be baking to order, as such we need to know before it's too late to cancel the bake. Thank you for your understanding and support.
