Heather is an Air Force spouse, mom of 3, Registered Dietitian, and the owner of Glory Nutrition. Heather has a lifelong history of wellness and physical activity, including serving as a Cheerleader for the University of Nebraska. Her journey as a military spouse has shaped every part of her life including her faith, family, and her career.
As a dietitian, Heather specializes in pediatric and family nutrition and holds a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition. She has a passion for helping fellow families reach their health goals with a plan that works for their busy schedule and determined budgets. In 2018, she started her private practice, Glory Nutrition, which offers customized nutrition coaching and meal planning assistance for busy families on a budget.
As a Spouse-ly vendor, Heather is most excited about supporting fellow military families and creating an inclusive space for all areas of wellness to work together for the overall health of each member of our families.
