My name is Tyler and I am an artist based in Randolph, Vermont.

I can’t tell you what the exact spark was that made me pick up a paintbrush at 36 years old, but I am having a blast exploring new mediums and creating feelings of nostalgia for lovers of aviation and beyond.

The subject matter of my work is easier to explain. I attended my first airshow at just months old and an obsession was born. I was the kid saving my money for airplane models and drawing planes whenever I had a pencil in my hand. My path was clear and I would end up serving in Army Aviation, supporting air operations for Army helicopters.

I hope that even if you don’t hang one of my pieces in your home or office, you will learn something about aviation history and/or what it means to serve.

As a mom of two, I need a lifestyle that allows me flexibility, consistency, and enjoyment.

I am a military spouse who moves frequently. Keeping my gratitude practice, routine, and consistency to help ground me in each new location.

I’m here to not only give you great tools for a healthy life as a whole, but so much more. My streamlined gratitude practice unleashes your inner happiness and frees your authentic self so you a live the life you envision.

Coffee That Inspires Change! My name is Melissa Green. I am the Founder & CEO of Grounds4Cause. We take pride in providing delicious coffee, but also in being a coffee company that gives back to the LGBTQ+ and Military Family communities. As a USN Veteran and Military Spouse, I understand the importance of #community and #connection. I believe that something as simple as sharing a cup of coffee can bring people together and create an opportunity for empathy and understanding.

In January 2021, Southern, Sweet & Sassy®️ Coffee with a focus on supporting the military family community. The overwhelming response and support we received inspired me to take it a step further and create a brand that supports the LGBTQ+ community as well. In January 2022, I founded Rise Above Coffee®️, a company fully dedicated to raising awareness and generating support for LGBTQ+ causes. Both S3 Coffee Co and Rise Above Coffee®️ are built around our #coffeeforacause initiative. Each year, we carefully choose 12 LGBTQ+ and military family-focused nonprofits to spotlight. Each month, we feature one nonprofit from each community and donate a percentage of our monthly sales directly to their cause. At Grounds4Cause, we strive to be a brand where everyone feels safe, welcomed, and loved for who they are. We offer more than just a great cup of coffee, we provide community and support. We want to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all.

Nice to meet you! I’m Brittany – the heart and mind behind Driftwood Creative. I balance strategic storytelling with distinctive design to help fellow entrepreneurs craft memorable brand stories. I specialize in helping small businesses and solopreneurs create cohesive brands through design, messaging, and web design. My drive to start Driftwood Creative was rooted in a sincere desire to help fellow entrepreneurs on their brand journey. The name Driftwood Creative is a nod to the nomadic life I have lived for the past 20+ years as an Army-brat- turned-Navy-spouse. Life has been a constant cycle of unknown destinations. A piece of driftwood may be carried along by the waves, unable to choose its destination. But that same driftwood can wash ashore in some amazing places.

I have always been a lover of Disney, The Wizarding World and traveling to the most beautiful destinations. I had been traveling since I was child and loved every second of it, especially the food! When I moved to California for college I basically LIVED at Disneyland and had already been visiting Walt Disney World and Universal Studios since I was young child. I was hooked, so much so that I helped others around me navigate their way around the parks. My very first book I ever finished cover to cover was Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s stone so when Universal opened up their little piece of the Wizarding World, I had to immerse myself in this experience and it only furthered my passion for the world and helping others enjoy their time.

I have always been that “Disney bestie”, “Harry Potter expert”, “go to gal” and “hey she knows about traveling” person for my family, friends and beyond. One day one of my best friends told me I should be getting paid for the amount of help I give to others and I thought she was crazy until she said “no this is a job; you can get paid to help people plan their vacations!” I had NO idea, I knew travel agents existed but travel agents specializing in Disney, Universal and other adventures, I NEVER knew was a thing. I finally found something that I am passionate about and can put my own nerd stamp on while helping families make their dream adventures come true. I am truly thankful for everyone who has booked with me over the last few years so much so that I was recently recognized in my agency, Mickey World Travel, as a Top Sales Producer! Never would I have thought that little girl reading Harry Potter and visiting Disney destinations would be here helping others fall in love with the experiences and opportunities that have brought me so much joy! I hope I continue to flourish and bring magic to more especially those in the military community because there are so many opportunities that await them and their families.

Courtney and I (Suzanne) are both military spouses. Both of us had spent years being support personnel for small businesses, changing jobs every time our duty station changed. Concho Consulting is our way of taking our experiences and first, sharing it with the world, but second (and more selfishly) having something that’s our and we can take it with us when we move.

A lot of people ask why we’re called Concho Consulting. We wanted a name that meant something to us. We met at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, TX located in the Concho Valley. Our husbands are different branches, but our duty stations have been eerily similar: East Coast, Florida, Overseas, Texas. We were always close to meeting, but didn’t actually meet until we were both in a place where we could launch this company. Since our launch in January 2023, we have supported over 40 different small businesses, and we are so excited to continue on this path of small business support!

I’m Victoria Pillman, the creative brain & one-woman manufacturing team behind Victoria P Design Shop. I started this business in 2021 after going through a lot of milestones in my own life. There were a lot of amazing things to commemorate:

-buying a house

-graduating college

-getting married

-adopting a fur child

-going on a month long honeymoon road trip

After all that, I wanted to find a meaningful way to commemorate those milestones in my life and help you do the same for your family and friends.

So I took my passions for cooking, crafting and gift giving and founded this personalized & custom engraving gift shop! I built this business based on four main values: passion, intentionality, commitment to customers, and quality. Victoria P Design Shop exists to help you commemorate meaningful milestones with personalized engravings, which later turn into heirlooms.

Anthony Cosby is the Founder and CEO of STZY, that currently operates in San
Antonio, Texas. STZY is committed to helping others and started up with people who
share a deep, genuine respect for the effort, dedication and hunger required for
student athletes around the globe in need and their personal commitment to
bettering themselves.

They wanted to create a company that revolved around truly
aiding student athletes in need while supplying the highest quality materials you’ve
